    We place a truck at your ramp: from one pallet to full truckloads. We agree a regular collection rhythm or work order by order.

    Documents and customs

    From the invoice and packing list we prepare the export declaration, the UK import entry and the GMR in the GVMS system. For special goods we also handle excise in EMCS, SENT declarations and CBAM documentation.

    Transport to the United Kingdom

    The goods travel in our cobalt fleet: groupage in consolidated trucks, larger volumes as FTL, and urgent shipments by express van from 24 hours.

    Milton Keynes warehouse

    Our distribution centre in the middle of England works 24/7: storage, cross-dock, repacking, labelling and quality control before the goods are released.

    Deliveries to your customers

    From the warehouse we deliver to consignees across the UK and Ireland: to business addresses, to booked slots at retail chains and RDCs, and to Amazon warehouses.

What we organise along the way

Customs clearance

Export in Poland, import in the United Kingdom and the GMR in GVMS: our team prepares the declarations as part of the carriage process.

Excise and EMCS

Alcohol and other excise goods travel under excise duty suspension with an e-AD document in the EMCS system.

SENT declarations

When goods are on the Polish carriage-monitoring list, we register the SENT declaration on PUESC and track the numbers along the whole route.

CBAM documentation

For imports of steel and aluminium from the UK into the EU we compile the origin and emissions data the importer needs for CBAM reporting.

Labelling and repacking

In Milton Keynes we repack and label goods for the UK market, including food labels compliant with the UK food information (FIC) rules.

Slots and booking-in

We book delivery windows at retail chains, RDCs and Amazon warehouses and keep to the consignees' pallet requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Do you support companies that are only starting to export to the UK?
Yes. For a first export we walk the client through the full set of formalities: the EORI number, commercial documents, customs and the UK consignee's requirements. You prepare the goods and the invoice, our team takes care of the rest of the process.
Can I store goods in the UK without my own British company?
Yes, the goods can sit in our Milton Keynes warehouse and we deliver to customers on your instruction. Tax matters, for example UK VAT registration, depend on your sales model, so we point out what is worth confirming with a tax adviser.
Do you deliver to retail chains and RDC slots?
Yes. We book the delivery windows, keep to pallet and labelling requirements and deliver to the chains' distribution centres across the UK. If a delivery is rejected, the goods return to our warehouse instead of sitting on the truck.
What about special goods: alcohol, ADR or food?
We run them under separate procedures: alcohol under excise duty suspension via EMCS, dangerous goods under ADR, and food with IPAFFS pre-notification and labels compliant with UK rules. The details are described on the pages of the individual cargo groups.
How much does this service cost?
