OPTIMUS TRANSPORT provides end-to-end exhibition support: collection and transport of goods, slot and booking management, coordination with venue rules, delivery and stand preparation, ATA carnets and post-show logistics. Strongest to UK fairs (e.g. ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham). In Kielce we have warehouse backup at the Kielce fairground and deliver directly to the venue.

Fairs in the United Kingdom
UK fairs (venues such as ExCeL London or NEC Birmingham) mean transport, post-Brexit customs and a possible ATA carnet in one. We plan the haul around venue slots, run the Dunkirk–Dover crossing and organise the return of goods after the event.
Kielce
Kielce fairground
In Kielce we have warehouse backup next to the fairground: storage before and after the event, a buffer when your slot differs, direct deliveries and collections, bookings and unloading (ramp, crane/HDS, forklifts up to 5T at the Kielce base).
Fairs — the United Kingdom and Poland
We carry stand builds and goods to fairs in the UK and to the Kielce fairground. We also consolidate exhibits from Czechia, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary.
United Kingdom
Our main direction: post-Brexit customs and a buffer in our UK warehouse (Milton Keynes), delivery to the venue with a smaller vehicle. Dedicated guides: ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham.
The CZ / SK / AT / HU corridor
We collect exhibits from Czechia, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary, consolidate them through Poland and carry them in one haul to UK fairs, with customs.
ATA carnet
For goods returning intact after a fair we run temporary admission on an ATA carnet — no duty and VAT for the duration of the event.

Backup right next to the Kielce fairground: storage, transshipment and delivery to a specific day and hour.
The stakes are high
Poorly organised exhibition logistics can cost more than the transport itself. If goods do not arrive on time or get stuck at customs, the build crew waits, the stand is not ready for opening, and costs grow by the hour. That is why we think about the whole process, flag the risks, and stay on top of documents and slots in advance. We treat the client’s goods as our own.
ATA carnet — goods without duty and VAT
An ATA carnet allows temporary admission of goods without duty and VAT for the duration of a fair, provided they return unchanged. We help obtain it and settle it on return.
Different slot? We have a buffer
If your exhibition slot is still some time away, the goods wait in our warehouse and we deliver “just in time for the slot” — with no risk of arriving too early or too late.
Post-show logistics
After the fair we collect goods from the stand, organise the return transport and settle the ATA carnet, closing the whole process under one responsibility.
