What we carry

Automotive and parts

Automotive transport between Poland and the UK: OEM parts to just-in-time slots, VOR express from 24 h, vehicle bodies, tyres and returnable packaging.

We carry automotive cargo between Poland and the United Kingdom: OEM parts to just-in-time slots, urgent VOR shipments by express from 24 hours, vehicle bodies, tyres and wheels, and returnable KLT and Gitterbox packaging. Deliveries are planned around plant and warehouse time windows, with customs handled by our team.

What exactly we carry

  • OEM parts and production components to just-in-time slots
  • urgent VOR shipments when a line has stopped or a vehicle is off road
  • vehicle bodies: box bodies, insulated bodies, cranes and special builds
  • child car seats and equipment under UN type approvals, including R129
  • tyres and wheels, from retail batches to full truckloads
  • returnable KLT boxes, Gitterboxes and racks in a closed loop
  • lithium batteries UN 3480/3481, carried under the ADR regime
  • motorcycles and quads in transport crates

How we carry and secure it

In automotive the time window rules, so we build the process backwards from the slot: booking, a buffer for the crossing and customs, loading with margin. Standard batches travel in consolidated trucks with regular departures, and critical shipments go express: vans up to 2.5 t GVW drive without a tachograph and can be in England from 24 hours after loading. Lashing follows EN 12195, racks and Gitterboxes are blocked together, painted parts travel with separators.

Documents and procedures

We prepare the export declaration, the UK import entry and the GMR in GVMS so the truck does not lose its slot at the border. For multi-part-number consignments we tidy the packing lists and commodity codes before clearance, and for lithium batteries we watch the ADR paperwork and correct packaging. Returnable packaging circulating between Poland and the UK is kept in records so customs entries carry the right values. Current as of August 2026.

Milton Keynes warehouse for this group

Milton Keynes acts as a slot buffer: goods wait in the warehouse and our truck arrives at the booking window with a load built for that specific delivery. We also repack to the consignee's standard and collect returnable packaging back to Poland.

Slots and booking-in in practice

Automotive plants score suppliers on punctuality, so every movement has its buffers planned: for the crossing, for customs and for the last mile. Bookings are made in the consignee's system, and the delivery reference numbers go onto the transport documents so the gate lets the truck in without discussion. When production reschedules, we move the delivery at the Milton Keynes warehouse instead of driving the goods back and forth.

Express or the consolidated line

Regular batches of parts are best carried on the consolidated line with fixed departures: predictable cost and rhythm. Express is the choice when the loss counter runs faster than the cost of a dedicated van: a stopped line, a ship waiting for a part, a customer's vehicle off road. We run both modes in parallel, so switching between them is one decision, not a new process.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver parts to just-in-time slots at UK plants?
Yes, slot deliveries are daily business in this group. We build the process backwards from the time window: booking, a buffer for the crossing and customs, loading with margin. When the risk grows, the goods wait in Milton Keynes and arrive at the slot from the warehouse.
How fast will an urgent VOR part reach England?
By express van from 24 hours after loading. Vans up to 2.5 t GVW drive without a tachograph, so without forced breaks, and larger shipments go by dedicated vehicle with a priority crossing and customs prepared before departure.
Do you carry lithium batteries?
Yes, lithium batteries UN 3480/3481 travel under the ADR regime: certified packaging, correct marking and the transport document. For a quote we need the safety data sheet and information about the state of charge and the packaging.
Do you handle returnable KLT and Gitterbox packaging?
Yes, we run a closed loop between Poland and the UK: we deliver full units, collect empties and keep piece-level records so customs entries carry the right values. Empty packaging collection is organised from our Milton Keynes warehouse.
