We carry furniture and interior fittings from Poland to the United Kingdom and Ireland: cabinet and upholstered furniture, made-to-measure fronts and worktops, pergolas and conservatories, window joinery, mattresses, and fit-outs for hotels, restaurants and shops. We take from a single piece or pallet, with customs and delivery to the door.

How we carry and secure it
Furniture gets damaged on edges and fronts, so we work with separators, corner protectors and furniture blankets, and made-to-measure pieces travel on racks lashed to EN 12195. Sets for one consignee stay together so the fitting team does not wait for a second truck. Addresses without a ramp are served by tail-lift vehicles.
Documents and procedures
Standard furniture goes through a normal export declaration and UK import entry prepared by our team. Upholstered furniture needs attention: UK furniture fire-safety rules require compliant materials and permanent labels, and gaps can end with a retailer rejecting the delivery. Wooden packaging and pallets exported to the UK must meet the ISPM 15 standard. Current as of August 2026.

In Milton Keynes we split consolidated trucks into single deliveries to end customers, hold collection stock before the season and consolidate collected return batches: cargo inspection, a photo report and a decision whether the goods go back to Poland or stay in the UK.
Deliveries to end customers
More and more furniture makers sell directly to British homes. We run that model from the Milton Keynes warehouse: a consolidated truck brings the batch from Poland, and we deliver individual orders with dates agreed with the consignee. The end customer gets a time window, you get a delivery report. Goods a consignee refuses come back to the Milton Keynes warehouse, where we examine them and document the condition in a photo report, so the decision comes within a working day rather than after weeks.
Seasons and store openings
Furniture lives by seasons and opening dates. For shopfitting and HORECA fit-outs we carry to the project schedule: interiors and shelving travel so the fitting crew never waits, and the Milton Keynes buffer absorbs the gap between production and the opening date of a store or restaurant.
