What we carry

Machinery, production lines and relocations

Machinery transport from Poland to the UK: from a single machine tool to the relocation of a whole production line. Customs and documents handled by us.

We move machinery and industrial equipment between Poland and the United Kingdom and Ireland, in both directions: from a single machine tool on a pallet to the relocation of a complete production line spread over many trucks. Our team prepares export and import customs entries and the full document set, and our Milton Keynes warehouse works as the UK-side buffer.

What exactly we carry

  • relocations of whole factories and production plants between Poland and the UK, in stages, to a shared schedule
  • relocations of production lines and machine cells
  • new machinery from manufacturers, with CE or UKCA documentation
  • used machinery bought in the UK, including industrial auctions
  • industrial robots, automation and control cabinets
  • CNC machine tools, lathes, mills and machining centres
  • injection moulding machines, presses, moulds and tooling
  • compressors, gensets and generators
  • forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • agricultural and construction machinery, also from auctions in England and Scotland

How we carry and secure it

It starts with matching the truck to the machine: smaller units travel on pallets or in crates in consolidated trucks, heavier pieces in dedicated trailers, and anything beyond standard dimensions goes through our oversized loads service. Every piece is lashed to the EN 12195 standard, and reinforced-curtain trailers reduce the risk of slash-and-grab theft en route. For multi-truck relocations we plan the loading order so machines come off the trucks in assembly order.

Documents and procedures

For customs we need the invoice or purchase contract and a packing list; the export declaration, the UK import entry and the GMR in GVMS are prepared by our team. For new machinery the conformity paperwork matters: UKCA or CE marking for the UK market under the current transition rules. For used machinery bought in the UK the customs valuation and a complete document set from the seller are the key points. Current as of August 2026.

Milton Keynes warehouse for this group

Our Milton Keynes warehouse acts as a relocation buffer: we receive successive trucks, consolidate deliveries and release items to the installation site at the agreed rhythm. After the journey we can inspect the machine and produce a photo report before it travels on to the consignee.

How we plan a relocation

A relocation starts with an inventory: a list of machines with weights and dimensions, photos of lifting points and a decision on what travels whole and what goes after dismantling. From that we plan the trucks and the order of runs around the production schedule, so plant downtime stays as short as possible. Dismantling and installation are done by the client's team or a named service partner; we are responsible for transport, documents and the warehouse buffer. On longer projects we keep the same set of trucks and drivers, which simplifies site access.

Groupage or a dedicated truck

A single machine tool on a pallet or a crate of moulds travels comfortably as groupage on a regular departure: you pay for the space taken, not for the whole vehicle. We choose a dedicated truck when the machine is heavy, sensitive to handling or the installation date is fixed. In practice most relocations combine both modes: critical pieces go dedicated, supporting equipment as groupage.

Frequently asked questions

Will you move a complete production line from Poland to England?
Yes, production line relocations are our specialty. We split the move into stages and trucks, plan the loading order around the assembly schedule, and our Milton Keynes warehouse acts as the UK-side buffer. Customs and documents are prepared by our team.
What documents are needed to ship a machine to the UK?
The basis is the invoice or purchase contract and a packing list with weights and dimensions. From these we prepare the export declaration, the UK import entry and the GMR. For new machinery the UKCA or CE conformity paperwork also matters, and for used machines a complete document set from the seller for customs valuation.
Do you collect machines bought at auction in England or Scotland?
Yes. We collect machinery from industrial and agricultural auctions across the UK, arrange loading on the seller's side, the UK export clearance and the import into Poland. Before transport we can inspect the machine and produce a photo report.
What about machines that do not fit a standard trailer?
Pieces beyond standard dimensions go through our oversized loads service: we select the trailer, check the route and arrange the required permits. The rest of the line travels in parallel on standard trucks so everything meets at the installation site.
