What we carry

Unusual loads and project cargo

Unusual loads from Poland to the UK: exhibition exhibits, stage equipment, boats, artworks, site containers and prototypes. We carry almost anything.

We carry unusual and project cargo between Poland and the United Kingdom: exhibition exhibits, stages and event equipment, boats, artworks, musical instruments, site containers, simulators and prototypes. For every job we design the loading, lashing and paperwork, and if your goods are not on this list, just ask.

What exactly we carry

  • exhibition exhibits and stand builds, including under ATA carnets
  • stages, live production equipment and touring gear
  • boats, engines and water sports equipment on trailers and in cradles
  • artworks and antiques in lined crates
  • musical instruments, from single pieces to a band's backline
  • glass, ceramics and fragile goods in unit packaging
  • site and office containers and building modules
  • simulators, go-karts and amusement park equipment
  • prototypes and pre-production series that need discretion
  • company property during office and plant relocations
  • laboratory furniture and workshop equipment

How we carry and secure it

An unusual load starts with measurements and photos: from these we choose the vehicle, the route and the lashing method. Heavy or out-of-gauge pieces go through our oversized loads service, fragile items travel in lined crates marked top-up, and everything is lashed to EN 12195.

Documents and procedures

Beyond the standard clearance and GMR, some jobs need special regimes: exhibits and equipment returning to Poland often travel on an ATA carnet, which avoids duty and VAT on temporary admission. For artworks and prototypes we prepare value documentation and arrange CARGO insurance on top of the EUR 1,000,000 carrier liability policy. Current as of August 2026.

Milton Keynes warehouse for this group

Milton Keynes is the UK-side project base: storing exhibits between fairs, holding empty crates during an event, staging equipment before a tour and inspecting with a photo report after every leg.

Not on the list? We carry almost anything

This group exists precisely so that no topic is impossible. Tell us what you want to move, give the dimensions, weight and dates, and you will get a specific answer: how we will take it and what we need for a quote.

How we price an unusual load

For a quote we need three things: dimensions with weight, photos, and the dates on both sides. From these we propose the vehicle, the loading method and the securing, and for genuinely difficult pieces we arrange a survey before transport. There is no price list for a flight simulator or a festival stage, but there is a process that leads every time to a specific, countable offer.

Frequently asked questions

Will you carry cargo that is not on your list?
Most likely yes: we carry almost anything that legally fits a trailer or a van. Give us the dimensions, weight and dates, and you will get a specific answer on how we will take it and what we need for a quote.
Do exhibits for UK trade fairs have to travel on an ATA carnet?
If they return to Poland, an ATA carnet is usually the simplest route: it avoids duty and VAT on temporary admission. The alternative is normal clearance when the goods stay in the UK. We advise on the regime and make sure the carnet is closed correctly.
How do you carry artworks and fragile items?
In lined crates, marked this-way-up and never stacked, in a vehicle with minimal handling. We prepare value documentation and arrange CARGO insurance on top of the carrier liability policy, and after the journey we inspect with a photo report.
Will you carry a stage or live production equipment on tour?
Yes, we carry stages, live production equipment and backline: loading planned to the tour schedule, cases lashed to EN 12195 and timings built around the event calendar. Our Milton Keynes warehouse can hold equipment between UK dates.
