AGROTECH is the agricultural technology fair at Targi Kielce, and its logistics means large machinery: tractors, tillage machines, trailers and implements. Transport is planned around the dimensions and weight of each unit (a standard trailer or a low loader), delivery around the unloading slot at the venue, and the return around the breakdown window. The buffer is our cross-dock base in Kielce, next to Targi Kielce.
Oversized loads: trailer or low loader
Farm machinery is rarely palletised. The choice of transport is driven by the height and width of the unit, its weight, the ground clearance and whether the machine drives onto the vehicle on its own wheels or needs loading by crane. Smaller implements and parts travel as groupage or in crates, complete machines on a trailer or a low loader, and units exceeding standard dimensions require abnormal-load transport with the appropriate permits, which we establish at the quoting stage. Delivery exactly in the slot
The event organiser assigns build-up windows and unloading slots — we confirm them before planning the route, and the vehicle and driver details are notified in advance. With oversized machinery a delay is particularly costly, because unloading needs manoeuvring space and equipment available at a specific hour. The proven pattern looks like this: the machine arrives earlier at our Kielce base, and a short, punctual final delivery enters the fairground in the assigned window.
The Kielce buffer and foreign exhibitors
The Kielce base with a ramp, a lorry-mounted crane and forklifts up to 5 tonnes can receive a machine several days before the event — also from exhibitors in Czechia, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary, whom we serve in the consolidation-through-Poland model. The return after the event
After the fair closes we collect the machines from the stands in the breakdown window. If the return vehicle comes later, the machine waits safely at our base — a common scenario, because stand dismantling and the availability of unloading equipment rarely align perfectly with the transport date. We organise the return to the exhibitor in Poland, in the region or in the United Kingdom, with the customs formalities complete.
