NEC Birmingham is one of the largest exhibition venues in the United Kingdom, so delivery must hit the build-up slots and bookings. OPTIMUS TRANSPORT delivers goods to the stand, runs post-Brexit customs with a GMR and, after breakdown, organises the return of exhibits on an ATA carnet.
What we plan
- Build-up slot and booking per NEC rules.
- GB import clearance and a GMR for the Dunkirk–Dover crossing.
- Delivery to the stand and collection after breakdown.
- ATA carnet for exhibits returning in full.
An ATA carnet is temporary admission without duty and VAT for goods returning in full.
